摘　　要：目的 探讨内镜日间病房改良版结直肠息肉临床路径应用效果。方法 收集2019年收治于内镜日间病房的结直肠息肉患者的病历资料,分为对照组与改良组,分析比较改良版临床路径施行前后住院天数、费用、入径等情况。结果 改良组患者均次住院费用、住院天数低于对照组,入径情况优于对照组。结论 改良版结直肠息肉临床路径可提升医疗质量水平,降低均次费用,缩短住院时间,有推广意义。但在推行过程中应加强质量管理。Objective To explore the application effect of modified clinical pathway for colorectal polyps in endoscopic day ward. Methods Clinical information of patients with colorectal polyps admitted to the endoscopic day ward in 2019 was collected and divided into the control group and the improved group. The length of stay, cost and approach before and after the implementation of the improved clinical pathway were analyzed and compared. Results The average hospitalization expenses and admission days in the improved group were lower than those in the control group, and the access rate was better. Conclusion The modified clinical pathway of colorectal polyp can improve the medical quality,reduce the average hospitalization expenses and shorten the admission days, which is of great significance for popularization.However, quality management should be strengthened in the process of implementation.
