摘　　要：目的构建信息化集中式术前麻醉评估体系,分析其临床应用效果。方法对2017年3月1日-2018年10月1日部分手术患者相关指标进行回顾性分析。结果在新评估体系下,手术临时取消或推迟率及专科会诊率明显降低,麻醉会诊完成率提高,住院时间缩短,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论信息化集中式术前麻醉评估体系能够较好地运用于临床。Objective To construct informationized centralized preoperative anesthesia evaluation system and analyze its clinical application effect.Methods The relevant indicators of some surgical patients from March 1,2017 to October 1,2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Under the new evaluation system,the rate of temporary operation cancellation or postponement and specialist consultation were significantly reduced,the rate of anesthesia consultation completion was increased,and the length of hospital stay was shortened,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The informationized centralized preoperative anesthesia evaluation system can be applied in clinical practice.
