大型医院现场会议与视频直播会议的成本与效果分析研究

摘　　要：目的在新冠肺炎疫情防控的背景下,比较现场会议与视频直播会议的成本与效果,为大型医院选择会议模式提供决策依据。方法以某大型医院每2周1次的院例会中层干部作为研究对象。视频直播会议采用企业微信的“群直播”功能实现。对比现场会议与视频直播会议的组织成本等客观指标,并通过“问卷星”设计电子问卷,在医院中层干部中进行问卷调查。结果本次调查共收到有效问卷170份。结果显示,视频直播会议的经济成本与无效时间成本均低于现场会议;视频直播会议的讲者声音清晰度、身体语言清晰度、与听众的互动、PPT文档演示、总体满意度得分均高于现场会议,且差异具有统计学意义;视频直播会议更适合于信息传递为主题的会议,现场会议更适合于合作、协调为主题的会议。结论与现场会议相比,视频直播会议有较大优势,尤其是在“部署传达”和“培训学习”类会议中,更应被大力推广。Objective To compare the cost and effectiveness of live meeting and live video conference in the context of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control,to provide decision-making basis for large hospitals to choose conference mode.Methods The middle-level cadres in a large hospital meeting once every two weeks were taken as the research object.The live video conference was realized by the"group live broadcast"function of WeChat.The objective indicators such as organization cost of live conference and live video conference were compared,and an electronic questionnaire was designed through the wjx.cn website to conduct a questionnaire survey among middle-level cadres in hospital.Results A total of 170 valid questionnaires were received in this survey.The results showed that the economic cost and invalid time cost of the live video conference were lower than the on-site conference;the voice clarity,body language clarity,and interaction with the audience of the live video conference speakers,PPT document presentation,and overall satisfaction scores were higher than on-site conference,and the difference was statistically significant;live video conferences were more suitable for information transmission-themed meetings,and on-site conferences were more suitable for cooperation and coordination-themed meetings.Conclusion Compared with on-site conference,the live video conference mode has greater advantages,especially in the"deployment communication"and"training and learning"conferences,which should be vigorously promoted.
