摘 要:对于冶金企业而言设备至关重要,即便在设备出现一些小问题或小故障,都会导致冶金企业面临严重损失,因此,关键设备故障监测与诊断逐渐成为冶金企业的关注重点。为了促使冶金企业更加符合我国有关部门提出的发展指南,并保证关键设备时刻处于最佳运行状态,文章论述了冶金企业关键设备运行状态在线监测诊断系统的常见技术以及大体结构,继而提出关键设备运行状态在线监测诊断系统的构建内容与实施内容,以供参考。For metallurgical enterprises,equipment is very important,even if there are some small problems or small faults in the equipment,metallurgical enterprises will face serious losses.Therefore,fault monitoring and diagnosis of key equipment has gradually become the focus of metallurgical enterprises.In order to make metallurgical enterprises more in line with the development guidelines put forward by the relevant departments in China,and ensure that the key equipment is in the best running state at all times,this paper respectively shows the basic overview,common technology and general structure of the online monitoring and diagnosis system for the running state of key equipment in metallurgical enterprises,and then puts forward the construction content and implementation method of the online monitoring and diagnosis system for the running state of key equipment For reference.
