摘　　要：文章介绍了本单位125 t铸造起重机主起升机构的调压调速改造技术方案。通过调压调速系统在本单位125 t铸造起重机主起升机构的应用,阐述了数字式(可控硅换向)调压调速装置及系统在铸造起重机上应用的技术架构及技术特点及优势,为铸造起重机调压调速的改造提供借鉴。This article introduces the technical plan for the reformation of the main hoisting mechanism of the 125 t casting crane of this unit.Through the application of the pressure and speed control system in the main hoisting mechanism of the 125 t casting crane of this unit,the technical architecture,technical characteristics and advantages of the digital(SCR commutation)pressure and speed control device and the system applied to the casting crane are explained.,To provide a reference for the transformation of the pressure and speed regulation of the casting crane.
