摘　　要：针对某核电厂泵房格栅除污机频繁误报警事件,结合格栅除污机的原理,从故障现象出发,初步判定故障原因,并设计试验电路,通过对照试验,利用示波器得出波形图,成功找出了引起频繁误报警的根本原因,提出了可行的解决方案,进而避免后续发生类似情况,提高了格栅除污机运行的可靠性。For a frequency false alarms event of the grille decontamination machine of nuclear power,combined with the principle of the grille decontamination machine,from the phenomenon of the failure,the cause of the failure is initially determined and the test circuit is designed.Through the contrast test,the oscillograph is obtained by using the oscilloscope,and the root cause of frequent false alarm is found out successfully.A feasible solution is put forward to avoid the similar situation in the future and improve the reliability of the grid decontamination machine.
