摘 要:随着微机防误闭锁装置/系统在变电站中的普及应用,针对断路器、隔离开关、接地开关等电气一次设备运行倒闸操作中的误操作,目前有较完善的技防手段加以防范,有效控制了误操作风险,而针对检修作业及二次设备的强制管理则缺乏有效的科学技术手段。结合当前规定规范及技术发展,阐述检修作业过程中的防误管控及电气二次设备闭锁管理的实现方法。With the popularization and application of microcomputer anti-misoperation locking device in substation,aiming at the misoperation of primary equipment(such as circuit breaker,disconnect or grounding switch,etc.),at present,there are relatively complete technical defense methods to prevent and effectively control the risk of misoperation.However,there is a lack of effective scientific and technological means for the compulsory management of maintenance operations and secondary equipment.Combined with the current regulations and technical development,the implementation methods of error prevention control and electrical secondary equipment locking management in the process of maintenance operation are introduced.
