摘 要:作为典型的次生型难选矿物,锌氧化矿常以连生或者共生的形式与脉石矿物共存,其显著的特点是嵌布粒度细、杂质元素成分复杂且泥化程度高。本研究针对缅甸某高硅、高钙、高泥化率难选氧化锌矿进行了浮选实验探索。研究确定较优条件为:磨矿细度为-0.074 mm 85%;硅酸钠的添加量为600 g/t,硫化钠6.67 kg/t,十八胺1200 g/t,2^(#)油133 g/t;pH值为=11,硫化钠作用时间180 s。在此基础上采用两段分步浮选处理,最终获得一段精矿品位32.15%,二段精矿品位27.07%,综合回收率达84.77%的结果。As a kind of typical secondary refractory minerals,zinc oxide ores often coexist with gangues in the form of interlocking assemblage or polyparagenetic composition,and the separation component often shows fine particle size,complex impurity elements and high degree of argillization.Flotation of refractory zinc oxide ore with high silicon,calcium and sludge rate in Myanmar was investigated and the optimal conditions were determined as follows:the grinding grain size was-0.074 mm mesh,accounting for 85%;the addition of sodium silicate,sodium sulphide,octadecylamine(OCTA)and 2^(#)oil was 600 g/t,6670 g/t,1200 g/t and 133 g/t,respectively;the optimum pH was about 11,and the mixing time of sodium sulfide was 180 s.Then,the exploration of close circuit flotation was performed and the concentrate grade of the first and second stage was 32.15%and 27.07%,respectively,and the overall recovery rate was as high as to 84.77%.
