摘 要:本文利用稀硫酸作为浸出剂,进行了从含锌尘泥中选择性浸出实验研究。采用SEM、XRD及EDS表征含锌尘泥原料以及浸出渣的结构和形貌,揭示锌选择性浸出行为。根据Box-Behnken实验设计原理,采用响应曲面法建立硫酸浓度、浸出时间、液固比及三者之间交互作用对锌浸出率影响的多元回归方程,对实验结果进行了ANOVA分析。在硫酸浓度为0.42 mol/L,液固比为7:1、浸出时间为25.29 min,此条件下模型预测锌的浸出率达到95.58%。In this study,zinc was selectively leached from the zinc-bearing dust by using dilute sulfuric acid as leaching agent.The SEM,XRD and EDS were used to investigate the structure and morphology of the raw material of the zinc-bearing dust and leaching residue and reveal the selectively leaching behavior of zinc.According to the design principle of Box-Behnken,Response Surface Methodology was adopted to establish the multiple regression equation,which indicated the effect of sulfuric acid concentration,leaching time,liquidsolid ratio and the interactions between the three on the leaching rate of zinc.In addition,the test results were analyzed and demonstrated by ANOVA.Under the condition of sulfuric acid dosage of 0.42 mol/L,liquidsolid ratio of 7:1 and leaching time of 25.29 min,the leaching rates of zinc was predicted by the model to reach 95.58%.
