摘 要:为解决大宁煤矿306综采工作面及顺槽受超强采动影响导致顶板破碎、稳定性差的问题,研究提出了在综采工作面地质异常区进行顺槽水泥浆超前注浆煤体加固、工作面局部顶板化学浆加固相结合的预防顶板冒顶控制技术。结果表明,该技术方案有效地增加了综采工作面及顺槽顶帮的岩体强度,从而使工作面及顺槽围岩稳定性增强,通过巷道顶帮移近量观测,变形量在可控范围内,工作面及顺槽均未发生片帮、冒顶现象,实现了综采工作面的安全高效回采。In order to solve the problem of broken roof and poor stability caused by the influence of super mining influence in the 306 comprehensive mining face and the down-slot of Daning Mine,the prevention of roof caving control technology combining cement slurry over-slurry coal reinforcement in the down-slot and local roof chemical slurry reinforcement in the geological anomaly area of the comprehensive mining face was given.The results showed that the technical solution effectively increased the rock strength of the roof sides of the comprehensive mining face and the down-slot,thus enhanced the stability of the surrounding rock,and the deformation was within the controllable range through the observation of the top sides shift,and the phenomenon of flaking and roofing did not occur on the face and the down-slot,which realized the safe and efficient recovery of the comprehensive mining face.
