摘　　要：以4-氨基安替比林和甲酸甲酯为原料,经酰化合成4-甲酰氨基安替比林。研究了原料物质的量比、反应时间、反应温度等不同反应条件对收率的影响,实验结果表明,4-氨基安替比林与甲酸甲酯的物质的量比为1∶2,反应温度为40℃,反应时间为5 h,4-甲酰氨基安替比林的收率最高为96%,目标化合物经液相色谱分析,纯度可达98.7%。本工艺反应条件温和,成本较低,环境污染小,产品纯度高,质量容易控制。4-Formylaminoantipyrine was synthesized by acylation of 4-aminoantipyrine and methyl formate.The results showed that the molar ratio of 4-aminoantipyrine to methyl formate was 1∶2.0,the reaction temperature was 40℃,the reaction time was 5 h,the yield of 4-formylaminoantipyrine was 96%.The purity of the target compound was 98.7%by liquid chromatography.This process has mild reaction conditions,low cost,small environmental pollution,high purity and easy quality control.
