摘 要:以产业政策为指引,从原料、工程技术、应用、环保4个方面进行阐述,探讨了我国聚酯行业存在的不足及发展趋势。普通原料生产技术充分发展,产业链完备,差异化原料生产技术与国外差距较大。聚酯工程技术得到长足发展,但需要进一步提高柔性化、提升效率、降低生产成本。催化技术单一,需要往绿色、高效的方向发展。高端聚酯材料加工设备依赖于进口。在化纤、瓶片、薄膜、塑料等应用领域,要加快功能、性能的突破,避免激烈的同质化竞争。聚酯材料带来的环境问题非常严峻,回收再利用、可降解是重要的解决途径。Guided by the industrial policy,the shortcomings and development trend of China's polyester industry were discussed from four aspects:raw materials,engineering technology,application and environmental protection.The production technology of ordinary raw materials is fully developed,the industrial chain is complete,and the production technology of differentiated raw materials has a large gap with foreign countries.Polyester engineering technology has made great progress,but it needs to further improve flexibility,improve efficiency and reduce production costs.The catalytic technology is single and needs to develop in the direction of green and high efficiency.High-end polyester material processing equipment depends on imports.In chemical fiber,bottle piece,film,plastic and other application fields,the breakthrough of function and performance should be speed up,and the fierce homogenization competition should be avoided.The environmental problems caused by polyester materials are very serious.Recycling and degradability are important solutions.
