摘  要:以氢化羧基丁腈橡胶(HXNBR)/四孔中空涤纶短纤维(FHHPF)(质量比)为70/30的HXNBR/FHHPF(HF)复合材料作为基体,加入小分子AO-2246后制得了一系列HF/AO-2246(HF/2246)复合材料,并对该系列HF/2246复合材料的阻尼性能、吸声性能和拉伸性能进行了探究。结果表明,随着AO-2246用量的增加,HF/2246复合材料的阻尼性能得到提升。FHHPF的存在促使HF/2246复合材料中形成一种纤维-氢键网络结构,从而使得复合材料具有一定的吸声性能,通过优化AO-2246和FHHPF的用量最终可赋予其较优的阻尼吸声性能。当AO-2246质量分数为30%时,HF/2246复合材料吸声系数的最大值为0.392,吸声系数大于0.2的有效频域为2050~2500 Hz,损耗因子的最大值为1.40,玻璃化转变温度为24.4℃。同时,HF/2246复合材料的拉伸性能也发生了显著的变化,拉伸强度较高,为25.38 MPa,且HF/2246复合材料变形较大,扯断伸长率为49%。Based on hydrogenated carboxyl nitrile rubber(HXNBR)/four-hole hollow polyester fibre(FHHPF)(HF)composites with mass ratio of HXNBR to FHHPF of 70/30,the small mole-cular compound,AO-2246 was added to HF compo-site to prepare a series of HF/AO-2246(HF/2246)composites,and the damping performance,sound absorption performance and tensile properties of HF/2246 composites were studied.The results showed that with the increasing amount of AO-2246,the damping performance of HF/2246 composites was improved.The existence of FHHPF resulted in the formation of the fiber-hydrogen bond network structure in HF/2246 composite,which gave a certain sound absorption performance of HF/2246 compo-site,and the better sound absorption and damping performance could be achieved by the optimization of the amount of AO-2246 and FHHPF.When the mass fraction of AO-2246 was 30%,the maximum value of sound absorption coefficient was 0.392,the effective frequency bandwidth was in the range of 2050 to 2500 Hz under the condition of sound absorption coefficient larger than 0.2,the maximum value of the loss factor was 1.4 and glass transition temperature was 24.4℃.At the same time,tensile properties of HF/2246 composites were also improved significantly with a higher value of 25.38 MPa,and the composite deformation was relatively large with elongation at break of 49%.
