摘  要:分别研究了硫黄硫化体系、过氧化物硫化体系及过氧化物/助硫化剂复合硫化体系对丁腈橡胶(NBR)硫化特性和物理机械性能的影响。结果表明,在硫黄硫化体系中,相比于普通硫化(CV)体系,高促低硫配合模式的有效硫化体系有利于提高NBR的硫化速率,正硫化时间缩短了63 s。在CV体系下,NBR硫化胶的力学性能最佳,拉伸强度较无硫配合方式的有效硫化体系增加了17.2%,扯断伸长率减小了35.3%。相对于硫黄硫化体系,过氧化物硫化体系可显著提高NBR的硫化速率。在过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)硫化体系中,NBR的硫化速率和物理机械性能与DCP用量成正比关系,当DCP用量为4.5份(质量)时,NBR硫化胶的硫化速率和物理机械性能皆最优。当以1,1-二叔丁基过氧基-3,3,5-三甲基环己烷作为硫化剂时,其对硫化速率提高的效果优于DCP,正硫化时间较DCP缩短40 s;在过氧化物/助硫化剂复合硫化体系中,助硫化剂N,N′-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺(HVA-2)和三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(TMPTMA)均可提高NBR硫化胶的硫化特性,其中TMPTMA提高NBR硫化胶硫化性能的效果更佳,其正硫化时间比HVA-2缩短20 s。The effects of three vulcanization systems,sulfur vulcanization system,peroxide vulcanization system,and peroxide/co-curing agent compound vulcanization system,on the vulcanizing properties and physical and mechanical properties of nitrile rubber(NBR)were studied respectively.The results showed that in the sulfur vulcanization system,compared with the conventional vulcanization(CV)system,the effective vulcanization system with high acceleration-low sulfur compounding mode was beneficial to increase curing rate of NBR,and optimum curing time was shortened by 63 s.In CV system,the mechanical properties of NBR vulcanizates were the best.Compared with the effective vulcanization system of the non-sulfur compounding method,tensile strength was increased by 17.2%,and elongation at break was decreased by 35.3%.Compared with sulfur vulcanization system,peroxide vulcanization system could significantly increase curing rate of NBR.In the vulcanization system of dicumyl peroxide(DCP),curing rate and physical and mechanical properties of NBR vulca-nizates were directly proportional to the amount of DCP.When the amount of DCP was 4.5 phr,curing rate and physical and mechanical properties of NBR vulcanizate were optimal.When 1,1-di-tert-butylperoxy-3,3,5-trimethylcyclohexane was used as curing agent,its effect on increasing curing rate was better than that of DCP,and optimum curing time was shortened by 40 s,compared with DCP;in the peroxide/co-curing agent compound vulcanization systems,the co-curing agent,N,N′-m-phenylene dismaleimide(HVA-2)and trihydroxymethylpropyl trimethylacrylate(TMPTMA),both could improve curing characteristics of NBR vulcanizates,and TMPTMA had better effect of improving curing characteristics of NBR vulcanizate,and its optimum curing time was shortened by 20 s,compared with HVA-2.
