摘　　要：网络关系资产是直接影响全球城市地位与竞争力的直接专属资产和重要的战略资源,是全球城市的核心竞争力的集中体现。基于关系属性,这一联结纽带有助于搭建对全球城市网络关系资产内涵的理解框架。考虑到全球城市网络关系资产相较于普通城市资产的特殊性,以及网络连通性是全球城市网络关系资产的综合体现,借鉴GaWC的分析方法,应用中心度指标来测算城市的网络关系资产规模,从城市网络关系资产的吸引力、辐射力、关联紧密程度、重要性等四个维度指标,综合反映全球城市网络关系资产的结构和质量。对全球城市网络体系中的主要关键节点城市的网络关系资产规模、质量、结构进行深入的比较分析,客观深入评估其网络关系资产与网络连通性现状,总结分析决定和影响网络关系资产的主要变量与影响因素,探究其背后的深层次原因。纽约、伦敦、东京、新加坡等全球城市由于拥有强大的全球化的网络关系资产,从而成为全球城市的指挥中心与控制中心,其维护和拓展网络关系资产的经验,为国内城市深度拓展网络关系资产提供了良好的启示与借鉴。Network relationship assets are important strategic resources that directly affect the status and competitiveness of global cities,and a vital expression of the core competitiveness of global cities.The complex interlink helps to build a framework for understanding the connotation of global city network relationship assets.This essay considers the particularity of global city network assets compared to ordinary city assets,and the various complex manifestations in network connectivity.Drawing on the research method of GaWC,this essay focuses on the degree of centrality for measuring the scale of city network relational assets,and examines the cities’ s appeal,impact range,interconnectivity,and importance of urban network relationship assets.This essays conducts an in-depth comparative analysis of the scale,quality,and structure of the network relationship assets of the major key node cities in the global system,and seeks to evaluate the current status of their network relationship assets and connectivity,and analyze their main variables and influencing factors as well as the underlying reasons and causes.The major global hubs,New York,London,Tokyo,Singapore and others,provide illustrating examples for Chinese cities in maintaining and expanding the network relationship assets.
