缩宫素联合水囊引产在足月妊娠产妇中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨缩宫素联合水囊引产在足月妊娠产妇中的应用效果。方法选取2017年3月至2019年5月于本院接受治疗的72例足月妊娠产妇,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=36)与观察组(n=36)。对照组予以缩宫素引产,观察组在对照组基础上加用水囊引产,比较两组产妇产程情况、引产效果及宫颈成熟度(Bishop)评分情况。结果观察组第一产程时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组第二产程、第三产程时间略短于对照组,但差异无统计学意义。观察组引产总成功率高于对照组。护理12 h后,两组产妇Bishop评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论足月妊娠产妇中应用缩宫素联合水囊引产可有效促进宫颈成熟,缩短产程时间,提高引产成功率及Bishop评分,值得临床推广运用。Objective To explore the application effect of oxytocin combined with water bladder to induce labor in full-term pregnant women.Methods 72 full-term pregnant women who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to May 2019 were selected and they were divided into control group(n=36)and observation group(n=36)according to the random number table.The control group was given oxytocin to induce labor,and the observation group was added with a water bag to induce labor on the basis of the control group.The labor process,the effect of labor induction and the cervical maturity(Bishop)score between the two groups were compared.Results The first stage of labor in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the second stage and the third stage of labor in the observation group were slightly shorter than the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant.The total success rate of labor induction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.After 12 hours of nursing,the Bishop scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of oxytocin combined with water bladder to induce labor in full-term pregnant women can effectively promote cervical ripening,shorten the time of labor,increase the success rate of labor induction the Bishop score.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
