中西医结合治疗儿科哮喘的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究中西医结合治疗儿科哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取庆阳市中医医院2018年7月至2019年7月诊治的儿科哮喘患儿80例,采用随机分配法分为实验组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组采用常规方式进行治疗,实验组在对照组基础上采用中西医结合治疗方式进行治疗,比较两组患儿临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,实验组患儿总有效率为92.50%,明显高于对照组的65.00%(P<0.05);治疗14、28 d后,实验组白天和夜间哮喘病症发作次数明显少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿主要症状及体征较治疗前均明显改善,且实验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗儿科哮喘可有效提升临床疗效,降低患儿哮喘发作次数,最大程度降低治疗期间患儿的不良反应发生情况,明显改善患儿临床症状及体征,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the treatment of pediatric asthma.Methods A total of 80 children with pediatric asthma who were diagnosed and treated in Qingyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected and divided into experimental group(n=40)and control group(n=40)by random allocation.The control group was treated with conventional methods,and the experimental group was treated with integrated Traditional Chinese andWestern Medicine on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of children in the experimental group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than 65.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After 14 and 28 days of treatment,the number of asthma attacks during the day and night in the experimental group were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the main symptoms and signs of the two groups of children were significantly improved compared to before treatment,and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of pediatric asthma with integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the number of asthma attacks in children,minimize the occurrence of adverse reactions in children during treatment,and significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of children.It is worthy of clinical application.
