摘　　要：针对炭化羊毛的特点和在染色纺纱生产中容易产生的问题,采用不同的梳理设备对炭化羊毛进行预开松梳理实验,分析了影响炭化羊毛质量的因素。结果表明,炭化羊毛加入油水混合后,使用罗拉梳理与盖板梳理相结合的FB219梳理机进行预开松梳理,纤维长度损伤小,炭化羊毛中的毡并羊毛条被有效分梳,皮脂草杂去除效果明显;炭化羊毛经预开松梳理后,可提高纤维匀染性,减少染色色花,改善纺纱易起毛粒色点情况,为粗梳毛纺纺纱加工提供了良好的可纺性原料。In order to solve the problem of carbonized wool in dyeing and spinning,pre-carding experiments of carbonized wool were carried out by different carding equipment.And the factors affecting the quality of carbonized wool were analyzed.The results show that the carbonized wool has less fiber length damage,when it was mixed with spinning lubricant and took the pre-carding process by FB219 carding machine combining with roller carding and cover carding.Meanwhile,the felt and knots in carbonized wool can be combed effectively,and the removal effect of sebum is obvious.After precarding,the levelness of dyeing is improved,the color difference of dyeing is reduced,and the color spot of fuzzing grains in spinning is improved.It provides good spinnability raw materials for wool spinning.
