摘 要:针对天然黑枸杞色素在桑蚕丝中上染百分率和固色率低的问题,提取黑枸杞色素,并用其对桑蚕丝进行染色。通过单因素试验与正交试验,探讨了染色pH值、染色温度以及染色时间对染色效果的影响。通过对桑蚕丝进行改性、加入媒染剂和固色剂等方法来提高和改善色素的上染百分率和固色率。试验发现,黑枸杞色素在酸性条件下的上染百分率明显大于其在碱性条件下的上染百分率,得到的最佳染色工艺为:pH值4.5,染色温度70℃,染色时间60 min左右,采用稀土氧化钕固色时的上染百分率最好,稀土媒染桑蚕丝时,媒染剂稀土的最佳质量浓度为4 g/L。In view of the low dye uptake and fixation rate of natural black lycium barbarum pigment in silk,the pigment extracted from black lycium barbarum was used in the dyeing process of silk fiber in the experiment.The effects of pH value,dyeing temperature and dyeing time on dyeing effect were investigated by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The dyeing percentage and fixing rate of pigments were improved by modifying mulberry silk fibers and adding mordant and fixing agent.he results showed that the dye uptake of black wolfberry pigment in acid condition was significantly higher than that in alkaline condition,and the best dyeing process was pH 4.5,temperature 70℃,dyeing time 60 min,and the dye uptake of neodymium oxide was the best when neodymium oxide was used as mordant with dosage of 4 g/L.
