精准护理干预在结肠镜检查患者肠道准备中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨结肠镜检查期间的精准护理干预方法及护理效果,结合肠道准备情况进行评价。方法选取2019年1月至2020年5月合肥市第二人民医院消化内科接受结肠镜检查的104例患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法,分为观察组(精准护理干预)和对照组(常规护理),每组各52例,比较两组患者的肠道清洁程度、不良反应发生率、依从性、情绪状态评分。结果观察组患者的肠道准备充分率以及对于结肠镜检查的依从性高于对照组(P<0.05),而结肠镜检查期间的不良反应发生率以及护理后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在结肠镜检查期间,实施精准护理干预,可以有效提升肠道准备效果,安全、顺利的完成检查,减轻患者的不适感,提高其对于结肠镜检查的依从性与配合度。Objective To investigate the precise nursing intervention method and nursing efficacy during colonoscopy and evaluate in combination with the bowel preparation. Methods A total of 104 patients undergoing colonoscopy admitted to the department of gastroenterology in the Second People’s Hospital of Hefei from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected as research objects. They were divided into the observation group(n=52, with precise nursing intervention) and the control group(n=52, with conventional nursing) according to the random number table method. And the Keywords intestinal cleanliness,incidence of adverse reactions,compliance,emotional state score of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The bowel preparation rate and compliance of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05), while the incidence of adverse reactions(ADRs) during colonoscopy and the scores of selfrating anxiety scale(SAS) after nursing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion During colonoscopy, the implementation of precise nursing intervention can effectively raise the bowel preparation efficacy, complete the examination safely and smoothly, reduce the discomfort of patients, and improve their compliance and cooperation with colonoscopy.
