摘　　要：磷脂酰乙醇胺(Phosphatidylethanolamine,PE)又称脑磷脂,作为一种磷脂,其组成部分有脂肪酸、乙醇胺、磷酸和甘油。PE以脑为主要分布范围,也有的存在于大豆、不同种磷虾中。研究了磷脂酰乙醇胺的不同制取方法,主要以溶剂提取法为目的,通过不同形式来制备,同时介绍化学合成法为结构特点的生产方式、以酶作为优良催化剂的方法,并对磷脂酰乙醇胺的不同种类的应用进行了简要介绍。Phosphatidylethanolamine(PE),also known as cephalin,was a phospholipid composed of glycerol,fatty acid,phosphoric acid and ethanolamine.It was found in the brain,soybeans,krill etc.The preparation methods of phosphatidylethanolamine include chemical synthesis,solvent extraction and enzymatic modification.At the same time,the different applications of phosphatidylethanolamine are introduced.
