黄河流域高质量发展与太原经济圈现代产业体系构建

摘　　要：文章首先通过引力模型对山西省全部117个县级行政区划空间相互作用进行测度,发现太原经济圈范围正在扩大,这意味着其对山西省高质量发展的决定性作用更加突出。而通过莫兰指数对山西省各地级市产业结构进行测度,发现目前太原经济圈内未形成有效产业集聚,产业缺位现象严重,亟待加速推进产业体系重构。This paper has measured the spatial interaction of all 117 county-level administrative divisions in Shanxi Province through the gravity model firstly,and finds that the Taiyuan economic circle is expanding,which means that its decisive role in the high-quality development of Shanxi Province is more prominent.Using Moran Index to measure the industrial structure of various cities in Shanxi Province,and we found that there is no effective industrial agglomeration in the Taiyuan economic circle,and the phenomenon of industrial vacancy is serious.It is urgent to accelerate the restructuring of the industrial system.
