摘  要:以费-托合成油轻组分中所含1-庚醇和1-辛醛为模型化合物,系统研究含氧化合物对固载型Al/Ti双金属α-烯烃聚合催化剂结构、活性及其催化合成聚α-烯烃(PAO)性能的影响。结果表明,经1-庚醇和1-辛醛处理后,催化剂微观形貌、酸性、活性组分含量及结合形式均发生变化。随着含氧化合物质量浓度的增加,催化剂的Lewis酸和Bronst酸酸量下降,活性组分Al和Ti相应的Al 2p1/2和Ti 2p3/2结合能增加,Al/Ti摩尔比下降。与此同时,合成PAO的收率、黏度、黏度指数和倾点均降低。当1-辛醛和1-庚醇的质量浓度分别达到500 mg/L时,相对应合成PAO产品的40℃黏度由98.95 mm2/s分别降至54.52 mm2/s和63.38 mm2/s, 100℃黏度由13.20 mm2/s分别降至8.12 mm2/s和9.13 mm2/s,黏度指数由132分别降至119和122,倾点则由-61℃分别降至-66℃和-67℃。1-Heptanol and 1-octanal, typical oxygenates in the light components of F-T synthetic oil, are used as model compounds to investigate the impacts of oxygenates on structure, activity and catalytic performance of Al/Ti-bimetallic catalyst for α-olefin oligomerization. It is found that, for catalysts treated with 1-heptanol or 1-octanal, their microscopic surface structure, acidity, active component content and guest-host interaction are all changed. With oxygenate content increase, both Lewis acid and Bronst acid amounts increase, both Al 2 p1/2 and Ti 2 p3/2 binding energies become higher, but Al/Ti molar ratios decrease. It is also found that, as oxygenate content in the model oil increases, the yield, viscosity, viscosity index and pour point of the synthesized PAO products are all declined. For example, as 1-octanal content increases from 0 to 500 mg/L, low temperature viscosity v40, high temperature viscosity v100, viscosity index(VI), and pour point of the PAO product decline from 98.95 to 54.52 mm2/s, 13.20 to 8.12 mm2/s, 132 to 119, and-61 to-66 ℃, correspondingly. For the case of 500 mg/L 1-heptanol in the model oil, the synthesized PAO has v40 of 63.38 mm2/s, v40 of 9.13 mm2/s, VI of 122 and pour point of-67 ℃.
