摘 要:自2019年12月底以来,由新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)感染引起的新冠肺炎(COVID-19)疫情在全世界范围内暴发。新冠病毒具有较强的传染性,因此快速、准确地检测新冠病毒是阻断疾病传播、防控新冠疫情的关键。目前国内外已经出现了多种新冠病毒核酸检测方法,其中聚合酶链式反应(PCR)是主流的方法。文章总结了新冠病毒核酸检测中以PCR为基础的方法,包括实时定量PCR、微滴式数字PCR、核酸即时检测技术、多重PCR,分析了这些方法的优缺点,并探讨了临床应用的实例。Since the end of December 2019,outbreaks of Covid-19 caused by novel coronavirus infection have been occurring worldwide.Novel coronavirus has a strong infectivity,so the rapid and accurate detection of novel coronavirus is the key to block the transmission of disease and prevent and control the new crown epidemic.Many novel coronavirus nucleic acid detection methods have appeared at home and abroad,among which the polymerase chain reaction(PCR)is the mainstream method.This paper summarized the PCR-based methods of novel coronavirus nucleic acid detection,including real-time quantitative PCR,microdroplet digital PCR,real-time nucleic acid detection technology and multiplex PCR,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of these methods,and discussed the clinical application examples.
