摘 要:当今,教育全球化发展与公共卫生事件导致的人口流动限制之间的冲突加剧,促进医学教育产生顺应时代形势的变革是十分必要的。突发公共卫生事件不仅为教学带来不便,而且可能使留学生对当今医疗卫生体系、医学伦理等方面的认知产生很大影响,如何在不同文化背景的留学生群体中,结合课程内容引导学生构建正确认知是大学教师面临的巨大挑战。统教学模式转为线上教学会显出多种问题,亟待优化。文章以在华临床医学专业留学生线上教学为例,针对当下在华临床医学专业留学生线上教学中显现出的课程吸引力需求高,实践操作机会减少,教育资源分布不均,考核机制受限等问题进行分析总结,提出联合应用翻转课堂联合微课教学、引入病例导入式教学、应用激励式教学等多种方式相结合的线上教学模式,旨在为新时代形势下留学生教学模式的转型提出新策略与方向。With the intensified conflicts between global education development and migration restriction due to global pandemic,it’s necessary to promote medical education reform to suit changes of the era.Public health emergency not only bring inconvenience to teaching,but also may cause foreign students to have a significant impact on the current medical system,health policy,medical ethics.It is a great challenge for teachers to combine the curriculum content guidance and construct correct cognition in a group of foreign students with diverse cultural backgrounds.Traditional teaching mode faced with multiple problems when it is switched to online teaching,which is urgent to be optimized and improved.Taking online teaching of foreign students majoring clinical medicine in China as an example.This research first analyzed the problems such as the need of increasing curriculum attractiveness,lacking opportunities of practice,uneven distribution of education resources and limited evaluation mechanisms during online teaching of foreign students whose specialty is clinical medicine in China,then offered possible solutions for those problems.Researchers proposed an online teaching mode that combines the combined application of flipped classrooms and micro-class teaching,introduction of case-based teaching,and application of motivational teaching,aimed to put forward new strategies and directions for teaching mode transformation of foreign students in this new era.
