摘  要:由于BaO不熔于铁水而全部进入渣中,因此可根据加入碳酸钡前后铁渣中的BaO含量,用BaO平衡法计算出铁水带渣量及铁水带渣率。莱芜分公司炼铁厂采用BaO示踪法对部分高炉铁水带渣量进行了现场检测,参检高炉平均铁水带渣率为1.44‰,为炼铁厂后期减渣操作提供了数据依据。BaO can not be melted in the hot liquid iron,it can enter the slag completely.Therefore,according to the content of BaO in the slag before and after adding BaCO3,the rate of slag in the liquid iron can be calculated by BaO balance method.The BaO tracer method was used in the Laiwu Branch Company to detect the slag content in hot metal of some blast furnaces.The average slagcarrying rate of the reference blast furnace was 1.44‰,which provided data basis for slag reducing operation in the later stage of ironmaking plant.
