摘 要:利用铁矿石湿容量与其亲水性的关系,通过制粒水分寻优试验得到多组不同湿容量混合料的适宜制粒水分,进而使用不同混合料的湿容量所对应的适宜水分进行线性拟合回归分析,确定混合料制粒适宜水分与其湿容量的定量关系,得到制粒适宜水分预测模型。通过跟踪测量烧结机上混合料水分与烧结机2#风箱负压的5 d对比数据,验证了预测模型的可靠性。In this study,the relationship between wet capacity and hydrophilicity of iron ore was used to obtain the suitable granulating water of different groups of mixtures with different wet capacity through granulating water optimization test.Then,the suitable granulating water corresponding to the wet capacity of different mixtures was used for linear fitting regression analysis to determine the quantitative relationship between the suitable granulating water and its wet capacity,and the prediction model of suitable granulating water was obtained.The reliability of the prediction model is verified by tracking and measuring the 5-day comparative data of the mixture moisture on the sintering machine and the negative pressure of the 2#air box of the sintering machine.
