摘 要:通过实验室模拟方式,系统分析了焊后热处理(PWHT)工艺对345MPa级压力容器用钢板组织性能的影响,发现:在所涉PWHT工艺范围内,试验钢组织类型、晶粒度未发生明显变化;组织中珠光体内渗碳体片层球化、铁素体中亚结构形成以及第二相弥散析出于钢板性能影响均具有两面性,其耦合作用下产生了试验钢性能小幅度变化。但需注意,随着热处理温度和保温时间的进一步升高与增长,组织中第二相的聚集长大势必弱化其析出强化效果,晶界的严重弱化将导致钢板塑性与冲击韧性更大程度的降低。故相关钢板产品研发与具体工程焊后热处理方案制定,均应结合并充分考虑多周期PWHT对钢铁材料的实际影响,并科学确定其合理性能裕度。In this paper,the influence of PWHT process on the microstructure and properties of 345 MPa steel plates for pressure vessels were systematically analyzed by means of laboratory simulation.It was found that,within the range of PWHT process involved in the experiment,there was no obvious change in the microstructure type and grain size in the tested steel;the spheroidization of cementite lamellae in pearlite,the formation of ferrite substructure and the dispersion and precipitation of the second-phase observed,and had both positive and negative effects on the properties of tested steel,and these coupling effect produced a small change in the properties of the tested steel.However,it should be noted that,with the further increase of heat treatment temperature and the growth of holding time,the aggregation and growth of the second-phase in the structure would weaken the effect of precipitation strengthening,and the serious weakening of grain boundary would lead to the greater reduction of plasticity and impact toughness of steel plate.Therefore,both of the study and development of related steel products and the formulation of post-weld heat treatment scheme for specific projects should be fully considered and combined with the actual effect of multi-cycle PWHT on steel materials,and its reasonable performance margin should be determined scientifically.
