摘　　要：介绍了桥梁结构用S460ML-Z35高强度钢板的设计思路、生产工艺和综合性能研究。试验结果表明,热机械轧制工艺生产的S460ML-Z35高强度钢板具有良好的综合性能,钢板屈强比≤0.85,低温冲击优异、-40℃冲击值≥200 J,厚度方向性能满足EN10164标准Z35级别,内部质量按EN10160标准探伤满足S2E3级要求,各项性能指标超过EN10025-4标准及用户技术要求。The article describes the design idea,production process and comprehensive properties of S460ML-Z35 high strength steel plate for bridge structure.The test results show that the S460ML-Z35 high strength plate produced by thermomechanical rolling process has good comprehensive properties,the yield ratio of steel plate is less than 0.85,the low-temperature impact is excellent and the impact value at-40℃is more than 200 J.The thickness direction performance meets the requirements of EN10164 class Z35.The internal quality is detected according to EN10160 and meets the requirements of S2E3,and all performance indexes are better than the technical requirements of the EN10025-4 standard and user.
