摘 要:为研究秸秆生物质在高炉的应用,进一步减轻高炉冶炼环境负荷,对高炉喷吹秸秆生物质燃烧特性进行了研究分析。通过与高炉喷吹用煤粉相比分析,以分析秸秆加工微观形貌为切入点,采取热重分析法对燃烧性能进行对比分析。研究结果表明,秸秆生物质粉体存在开始燃烧温度低、燃烧速度快、燃烧时间短的特点。秸秆生物质混合煤粉后,煤粉的燃烧性能明显改善,煤粉燃烧率显著提高。In order to study the application of straw biomass in blast furnaces and further reduce the environmental load of blast furnace smelting,Shandong Iron and Steel Group Rizhao conducted a research and analysis on the combustion characteristics of blast furnace sprayed straw biomass.By comparing and analyzing with the pulverized coal for blast furnace injection,taking the analysis of the straw processing micro-morphology as the starting point,the thermogravimetric analysis method is adopted to compare the combustion performance.The research results show that the straw biomass powder has a low starting temperature and a low combustion temperature,features of fast speed and short burning time.After straw biomass is mixed with pulverized coal,the combustion performance of pulverized coal is significantly improved,and the combustion rate of pulverized coal is significantly increased.
