摘　　要：宣钢积极与同行业先进水平开展钢铁料消耗对标,通过狠抓原辅料入炉质量,优化冶炼工艺及操作,推进精细化管理,使该指标上升到行业先进水平,2020年全年实现1041.606 kg/t,优于行业平均水平8.784 kg/t。Xuanhua Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.have actively carried out benchmarking with the advanced level of the same industry in iron and steel material consumption.Through paying close attention to the quality of raw and auxiliary materials into the furnace,optimizing the smelting process and operation,and promoting fine management,the index has risen to the advanced level of the industry.In 2020,it will achieve 1041.606 kg/t,which is better than the industry average level of 8.784 kg/t.
