摘  要:针对烧结环冷机余热发电项目的烟气温度低、环冷机冒灰、低压蒸汽不能投运等问题,经采取烧结矿料层厚度及环冷机取气口处负压、降低循环风机频率、变更锅炉换热面蒸汽设计流程等调整措施,烟气温度达到设计值,环冷机冒灰问题明显改善,低压蒸汽正常投运,发电量由5.1 MW提高到7.5 MW以上。In view of the problems of low flue gas temperature,ash leakage from the circular cooler and the inability of low pressure steam to be put into the waste heat generation system,the adjustment measures such as the material thickness of sintered ore and negative pressure at the air outlet of circular cooler,reducing the circulating fan frequency and changing the steam design process of the heat exchanger of boiler are adopted.Finally,the flue gas temperature reaches the design value,the ash leakage problem of the circular cooler is obviously improved,and the low pressure steam is put into the waste heat generation system normally.Power generation is also increased from 5.1 MW to more than 7.5 MW.
