摘　　要：钢铁行业是生产连续性强,流程规范,产品较单一的流程型制造业,这些特点决定了其信息化建设的特殊性。信息化从底层基础自动化建设、数据采集、生产过程执行、企业资源管理、生产决策分析5个层面建设实施,实现产销一体化、业财一体化等管控目标,帮助企业实现科学规范运营,提升企业竞争力。Iron and steel industry is a process-oriented manufacturing industry with strong continuous production,standardized process and single product.These characteristics determine the particularity of information construction.Informatization from the bottom of the basic automation construction,data collection,production process implementation,enterprise resource management,production decision analysis five levels of construction and implementation,to achieve the integration of production and sales,industry and finance integration and other control goals,to help enterprises to achieve scientific and standardized operation,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
