摘 要:秸秆是农业生产中的副产物,也是一种重要的生物质资源。将低品位的秸秆生物质气化为高品位的燃气,可直接作为锅炉燃料供热,又可经净化后为燃气用户集中供气,是实现生物质资源利用的重要途径之一,能实现资源的充分利用,更有助于缓解能源紧缺的矛盾,同时也能解决环境污染问题。综述了将秸秆原料转化为生物质燃料的生物质气化技术,对比分析了热解气化、气化剂气化、超临界水气化技术的优缺点及适用性,指出以秸秆生物质为原料制高品质燃料是实现秸秆生物质资源综合利用的有效途径。Straw is not only the by-product of agricultural production,but also an important biomass resource.Gasification of lowgrade straw biomass into high-grade gas can be directly used as boiler fuel for heating,and can be purified to supply gas for gas users,which is one of the important ways to realize the utilization of biomass resources.This technology can make full use of resources,alleviate the contradiction of energy shortage,and solve the problem of environmental pollution.The biomass gasification technology of converting straw into biomass fuel is summarized.The advantages,disadvantages and applicability of pyrolysis gasification,gasifying agent gasification and supercritical water gasification technology are compared and analyzed.It is pointed out that making high-quality fuel from straw biomass is an effective way to realize the comprehensive utilization of straw biomass resources.
