摘 要:普通分层崩落采矿方法存在机械化程度低、劳动强度高、劳动效率低、产量小、坑木消耗大等缺点,本文提出了综合机械化落矿工艺,通过对综合机械化落矿工艺和分层崩落采矿方法及设备的研究,找出适合松软破碎围岩条件的采矿方法,解决普通分层崩落采矿方法的缺点,确定一种安全、经济、高效的采矿方法及相应工艺设备,可大幅度提高金属非金属地下矿山机械化程度,降低采矿成本,提高回采率,降低贫化率,最大限度回收有限资源,降低地下开采安全风险,改善作业条件。Common slice caving mining methods have the disadvantages of low mechanization,high labor intensity,low labor efficiency,low output,and large consumption of pit wood.By studying comprehensive mechanized caving technology and slice caving mining methods and equipment,the mining method suitable for the conditions of soft and broken surrounding rock are found out,the disadvantages of common slice caving mining are solved.In addition,a safe economical and efficient mining method and corresponding process equipment are proposed.It can greatly improve the mechanization of metal and non-metal underground mines,increase the recovery rate,reduce mining costs and dilution rate,maximize the recovery of limited resources and reduce underground mining safety risk,improve working conditions.
