摘 要:为了降低循环流化床飞灰(以下简称固硫灰)中游离氧化钙(f-CaO)的含量,提升固硫灰在水泥及混凝土中的利用率,基于过热蒸汽能与CaO反应的原理,利用LNGS-80型蒸汽动能磨对固硫灰进行超细粉碎加工,通过调节分级轮转速获得不同粒度的成品。使用X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析粉碎成品的物相,利用乙二醇滴定法和热重分析法测定f-CaO含量。研究结果表明:当分级轮转速为300 r/min、600 r/min时,成品的中位粒径d50分别为6.18μm和4.88μm,f-CaO含量分别升高至3.84%、4.02%,XRD中f-CaO衍射强度变化不大;当分级轮转速为1200 r/min时,成品的中位粒径d50为3.72μm,f-CaO含量减少至0.11%,XRD中的f-CaO衍射强度变弱;分级轮转速在1200r/min时,利用蒸汽动能磨超细粉碎固硫灰的同时,还可以消解f-CaO。In order to reduce the content of free calcium oxide(abbreviated as f-CaO)in circulating fluidized bed(abbreviated as CFBC)fly ashes,and improve the stability and utilization rate o f CFBC fly ashes in cement and concrete applications,based on the principle that superheated steam can react with CaO,the LNGS-80 steam jet mill was used to ultrafine grinding processing the CFBC fly ashes,and the finished products of different particle sizes were obtained by adjusting the speed of the grading wheel.I he phase o f the pulverized product was analyzed by an X-ray diffraction(XRD),and the f-CaO content of the pulverized product was measured by ethylene glycol titration and TG-DTA.The results showed that when the rotary speed of the grading wheel was 300 r/min and 600 r/min,the median particle size d_(50) of the product was 6.18 and 4.88 respectively,the content of f-CaO increased to 3.84%and 4.02%respectively,the diffraction intensity of f-CaO did not change in XRD.When the rotary speed o f the grading wheel was 1200 r/min,the median particle size d_(50) of product was 3.72μm,the content of f-CaO decrease obviously,which was 0.11%,the diffraction intensity of f-CaO decreased.When the rotary speed of the grading wheel was 1200 r/min,f-CaO in CFBC fly ash could be effectively digested by grinding used steam jet mill.
