摘  要:研究关注街道平面特征对步行者路径的影响,试图挖掘步行者路径解释力度更高的影响因素。通过地图记录法采集4个对象地的路径,使用多元线性回归的方法,以街道的路径通过次数为因变量,分别以街道拓扑、街道形态、街道网络综合、兴趣点四个层面为自变量,逐层建立回归方程式,作纵向比较后进一步与各对象地的特征作横向比较,以考察各层面对步行者路径的解释力度、各指标的影响力,以及路径随对象地不同特征的变化。结果显示:单一的拓扑层面的整合度对路径的拟合程度较弱,综合类指标更具解释力度;街区形状作为步行者的兴趣点对路径产生显著影响;步行者路径选择倾向随着街道的复杂程度而发生变化。这些结论将为街道自身属性的规划设计提供新的参考视点。This study focuses on the influence of the plan characteristics of street on the pedestrian route in order to find out the main factors that affect the pedestrian route more strongly.The route data of four research areas were collected by map recording method.The method of multiple linear regression is used in the analysis,with the selection frequencies of the street units as the dependent variable and four levels of the independent variables:the street topology level,the street shape level,the comprehensive street network level and the interest point level.The calculation results of each level are compared with each other,and among the research areas to get the explanatory power of the plan indicators for the pedestrian route,the influence of each indicator and its change with the characteristics of the research area.The results show that the Integration Value of a single topology level is of a lower fitting degree to the route and the comprehensive indicators more explanatory power.As pedestrian’s interest point,the block shape has a significant impact on the route.The tendency of pedestrian's route changes with the characteristics of the street.The study finally provides a new reference point for th e planning and design of urban street.
