摘　　要：为合理解决养老设施的布局选址问题,以设施总运营成本最小、老年人总步行距离最短为目标,建立康复类和生活类社区综合养老设施双目标选址模型;借助CPLEX软件,运用ε-约束法对这两类设施进行选址优化。最终完成了康复类、医疗类和生活类3类社区综合养老设施的选址优化方案,建立起连续性的社区综合养老设施服务类别体系和差异性的养老设施类型系统及其分布,为今后社区养老设施的发展和规划提供了有价值的参考。Aiming at minimizing total operating cost of facilities and total walking distance of the elderly,this paper tries to set up a dual-objective location model for rehabilitation and living type of comprehensive elderly facilities in community,and optimize the location of these two types of facilities byε-constraint method on CPLEX platform.Finally,this paper completed the location of rehabilitation,medical and living type comprehensive elderly facilities in community,and established the service category system with continuity and facility type system with difference of comprehensive elderly facilities in community and their distribution,which will provide valuable references for the development and planning of comprehensive elderly facilities in community in the future.
