摘　　要：随着电商与快递行业的快速发展,快递量也随之不断增长,与此同时,高昂的回收成本与混乱的回收模式使得大量的包装废弃物得不到合理有效的回收,造成了环境污染与资源浪费。在这一背景下,通过对快递包装逆向物流网络布局中的环境、回收模式、运作流程及信息化管理等进行详细探讨,对行业的持续健康发展具有借鉴意义。With the rapid development of e-commerce and express delivery industry,the volume of express delivery is also growing.At the same time,high recycling cost and chaotic recycling mode make a large number of packaging waste can not be properly and effectively recycled,resulting in environmental pollution and waste of resources.In this context,through the express packaging reverse logistics network layout environment,recycling mode,operation process and information management were discussed in detail,so as to provide a reference for the sustainable and healthy development of the industry.
