摘　　要：云南边境民族地区从地理位看是远离中心的边缘区,从发展位看是弱后发展地区,从生态位看,是生态脆弱区。近年来,云南边境各州县采用参与式旅游发展方式,实施参与式旅游扶贫模式大力发展旅游业。为分析评价云南边境民族村寨参与式旅游扶贫绩效,建立参与式旅游扶贫绩效综合评价模型,采取层次分析法对参与式扶贫绩效进行实证分析,并提出相应的政策建议。Yunnan’s border area is located in the peripheral area corresponding to the center in terms of geographical location and belongs to the underdeveloped ethnic areas in terms of economic development.In recent years,Yunnan’s border counties have vigorously developed tourism,established a participatory tourism development mode and implemented a participatory tourism poverty alleviation mode.In order to analyze and evaluate the performance of participatory tourism poverty alleviation in Yunnan border areas,this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation model for the performance of participatory tourism poverty alleviation,adopts analytic hierarchy process to carry out empirical analysis on the performance of participatory poverty alleviation in Biaoshuiyan Village,Jinping County,and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations.
