摘　　要：随着生物-心理-社会医学模式逐渐发展成为主流医学模式,从精神心理角度论治多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovarian syndrome,PCOS)成为重要的治疗方式。中医治疗PCOS不仅以补肾、祛瘀、化痰等为治疗大法,更重视心身同治,多从调畅情志、养心安神的角度出发,注重疏肝养心,从而改善卵巢功能以调经受孕。但是,目前PCOS肝郁血虚证诊断及治疗尚无统一标准,大样本、准确的实验检测数据也较少,且具体作用机制尚未明确。今后,仍需不断完善诊疗标准,探索PCOS中医证候的演变规律及发病机制,为PCOS所致排卵障碍性不孕症的患者找到最佳治疗方式。With the development of biology-psychology-society medicine model gradually becomes the mainstream.Treating polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)from the psychological perspective has become an important therapy.In terms of PCOS,TCM not only tonifies the kidney,removing blood stasis and resolving phlegm,but also pays more attention to regulating both mind and body together.Based on smoothing emotions and tranquilizing the mind,it pays more attention to smoothing the liver and nourishing the heart so as to improve the ovarian function and regulate menstruation and promote pregnancy.However,at present,there is no unified standard for the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS with liver depression and blood deficiency syndrome,and there are few large-sample and accurate experimental test data,and the specific mechanism of action is not yet clear.In the future,it is still necessary to continuously improve the diagnosis and treatment standards,explore the evolution rule and pathogenesis of PCOS TCM syndrome,and find the best treatment for PCOS patients caused by polycystic ovary syndrome.
