芪葶益心汤治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭30例

摘　　要：目的:观察芪葶益心汤治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭(简称心衰)的临床疗效。方法:将60例缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。两组患者均给予基础治疗,试验组在基础治疗的基础上加用芪葶益心汤治疗。疗程结束后,观察两组患者中医症状积分、心衰疗效积分、左心室射血分数、氨基末端脑尿钠肽(N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide,NT-Pro BNP)、基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloprotein,MMP)-9、半乳糖凝集素-3(galectin-3,Gal-3)、生活质量积分、中医证候疗效、心功能疗效。结果:试验组治疗后左心室射血分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后心衰疗效积分、NT-Pro BNP、MMP-9、Gal-3、心衰生活质量积分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组中医证候疗效比较,试验组有效率为96.67%,对照组有效率为80.00%,试验组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组心功能疗效比较,试验组有效率为90.00%,对照组有效率为76.67%,试验组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芪葶益心汤治疗缺血性心肌病心衰,能改善患者中医症状、左心室射血分数,降低NT-Pro BNP、MMP-9、Gal-3水平。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Astragali and Descurainiae Heart-Boosting Decoction on heart failure due to ischemic cardiomyopathy(referred to as heart failure).Methods:A total of 60 patients with heart failure due to ischemic cardiomyopathy were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The two groups were first treated with basic therapy,and then the experimental group was additionally treated with Astragali and Descurainiae Heart-Boosting Decoctio on the basis of basic treatment.After the treatment,the TCM symptoms,efficacy score of heart failure,left ventricular ejection fraction,N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide(NT Pro BNP),matrix metaloprotein(MMP)-9,galectin-3(Gal-3),quality of life score,TCM syndrome efficacy and efficacy of cardiac function in the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of heart failure efficacy,NT Pro BNP,MMP-9,Gal-3 and quality of life in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of TCM symptoms efficacy,the effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of efficacy of cardiac function,the effective rate of the experimental group was 90.00%,which was higher than 76.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of heart failure due to ischemic cardiomyopathy,Astragali and Descurainiae Heart-Boosting Decoction can improve TCM symptoms,left ventricular ejection fraction,and reduce the levels of NT Pro BNP,MMP-9 and Gal-3.
