摘　　要：黄芪治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)的药理作用主要集中在黏膜保护、增强免疫功能、促胃肠动力、预防癌变等方面,其具体的分子机制研究较为深入,但由于中药制剂化学成分具有多样性,其治疗作用表现为多途径、多靶点,目前临床多应用中药复方制剂,如何阐释单味中药化学成分在临床应用中的作用机制,是面临的科研难题。在今后的研究中,可以进行大样本、多中心的随机对照试验,探究黄芪及复方对CAG的治疗效用,以循证医学证据来丰富中医临床理论依据。对于CAG的特殊表现型自身免疫性萎缩性胃炎,应根据前期科研成果合理地开展实验,寻求中医治疗的新方法。另外,可以深化黄芪及其复方治疗CAG特定证型的定量研究,探究合理的中药配比,从而为临床组方用药及CAG的新药研发奠定理论基础。The pharmacological effects of of Huangqi(Radix Astragali)in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)mainly focus on mucosal protection,enhancement of immune function,promotion of gastrointestinal motility,prevention of cancer and so on.The specific molecular mechanism of CAG is more in-depth.However,due to the diversity of chemical components of TCM preparations,its therapeutic effects are multi-channel and multi-target.At present,TCM compound preparations are widely used in clinical practice.In the future research,we can conduct large sample,multi center randomized controlled trials to explore the therapeutic effect of Huangqi and its compound on CAG,and enrich the clinical theoretical basis of TCM with scientific evidence-based medicine.For special manifestations of autoimmune CAG,we should reasonably carry out experiments according to the previous scientific research results,and seek new methods of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.In addition,we can deepen the quantitative research of Huangqi and its compound in the treatment of CAG with specific syndrome,explore the reasonable proportion of TCM,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for clinical prescription and new drug research and development of CAG.
