摘  要:导热塑料泛指具有优良导热性的塑料,近年来它以其独特的优势在诸多领域的研究与应用中得到了更多的关注。本文介绍了导热塑料的导热机理和几种导热模型。总结介绍了导热塑料的种类,并分析了其与其他导热材料对比的优劣势。同时归纳介绍了目前常见的导热塑料制备方法和提高热导性的几种途径,并分析展望了高导热塑料在包装领域的应用前景。Thermally conductive plastics generally refer to plastics with excellent thermal conductivity.In recent years,they have received more attention in research and application in many fields due to their unique advantages.This article introduces the thermal conductivity mechanism of thermally conductive plastics and several thermal conductivity models.It summarizes the types of thermally conductive plastics and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages compared with other thermally conductive materials.At the same time,it summarizes the current common methods of preparing thermally conductive plastics and several ways to improve thermal conductivity,and analyzes and prospects the application prospects of high thermal conductivity plastics in the field of packaging.
