摘　　要：采用方便抽样法选取武汉市310名社区老年人,通过自制问卷调查武汉市社区老年人家庭医生式居家养老服务需求情况,分析需求弹性,逐步满足老年人医养需求,进一步完善家庭医生式居家养老服务。结果显示,家庭医生式居家养老服务需求弹性可分为三类:无弹性类、弱弹性类和可弃类,需求强度由强到弱。老年人对家庭医生式居家养老服务的需求集中于弱弹性类,需求程度普遍较大。其中对“体检”“康复治疗护理和功能训练指导”“提供紧急救护”的需求无弹性,需求最迫切,对心理慰藉类服务需求弹性最大。老年人对家庭医生式居家养老服务需求弹性不同,应根据实际情况确定工作策略,做到轻重缓急。To investigate the demand for family doctor style home care services for the elderly in Wuhan communities and analyze the elasticity of demand,gradually meet the needs of the elderly,and further improve family doctor style home care services.With convenient sampling method to select 310 in wuhan city community old people,using self-designed questionnaire on the elderly demand investigation.The demand elasticity of family doctor style home care services can be divided into three categories:inelastic,weak elastic and disposable.The demand intensity ranges from strong to weak.The elderly's demand for family doctor home-based care services focuses on weak elasticity,which is generally large.The demand for“medical examination”,“rehabilitation nursing and functional training”and“providing emergency rescue”is the most urgent,and the demand for psychological comfort services is the most flexible.The elderly have different elasticity of demand for family doctor style home care service,so we should determine the work strategy according to the actual situation and make priority.
