摘  要:为了指导工业SK静态混合器的选型,利用CFD软件进行了如下模拟研究:静态混合器混合单元个数、螺旋板长径比及相邻混合单元排布等参数对SK型静态混合器摩阻系数的影响;混合单元个数及相邻混合单元排布等参数对SK型静态混合器混合效果的影响。模拟结果表明SK型静态混合器的摩阻系数随混合单元个数增加,在相邻螺旋板顺流时缓慢减小,在错流时缓慢增加。相邻螺旋板错流的混合效果优于顺流。根据模拟研究结果提出了混合单元的布置建议,混合单元数较多时,建议相邻混合单元错流布置,当混合元件较少时,建议相邻混合单元顺流布置。此模拟结果可应用于SK静态混合器的工业选型。In order to guide the selection of industrial SK static mixer,the following simulation research were carried out using CFD:the effect of the number of mixing units,the aspect ratio of screw plate and the arrangement of adjacent mixing elements on the friction factor of SK static mixer;the effect of the number of mixing units and the arrangement of adjacent mixing units on the mixing effect of SK static mixer.The simulation results show that the friction factor of SK static mixer decreases slowly with the increase of the number of mixing elements when the adjacent screw plates flow downstream.When the adjacent screw plates cross flow,the friction factor of SK static mixer increases slowly with the increase of the number of mixing units.The mixing effect of cross flow of adjacent screw plates is better than that of down flow.When the number of mixing elements is large,the cross flow arrangement of adjacent mixing elements is recommended.When the number of mixing elements is small,the down flow arrangement of adjacent mixing elements is suggested.The simulation results can be applied to the industrial selection of SK static mixer.
