摘 要:研究了固定化纤维素酶处理棉短绒浆对后续漂白的影响。以棉短绒浆为原料,对蒸煮后的浆料进行了固定化纤维素酶的处理,并在酶处理的基础上进行ECF漂白。结果表明,使用12 g固定化纤维素酶处理浆料1小时然后进行漂白处理,与仅使用漂白技术处理的浆料相比,棉浆得率下降了2.24%,白度提高了4.31%,聚合度高了157,灰分和碱溶解度S_(10)更低,抽提物含量相差不大。使用固定化纤维素酶处理结合ECF漂白,能够制得白度更好的浆料,为进一步探讨漂白棉浆的工艺提供参考价值。The effect of immobilized cellulase treatment on cotton linter pulp on subsequent bleaching was studied.Cotton linter pulp is treated with immobilized cellulase,and the pulp by enzyme treatment is conducted with ECF bleaching process.The results show that using 12 g of immobilized cellulase to treat the pulp for 1 hour and then bleach it,compared with the pulp treated only with bleaching technology,the yield of cotton linter pulp decreased by 2.24%,the brightness increased by 4.31%,and the degree of polymerization increased by 157,the ash and alkali solubility S_(10) are lower,and the extract content is not much different.The use of immobilized cellulase treatment combined with ECF bleaching can produce a pulp with better brightness,which provides reference value for further research on the process of bleaching cotton pulp.
