摘　　要：试验研究全株玉米青贮和玉米秸秆青贮对肉羊生长性能、屠宰性能和免疫功能的影响。选取30只杜寒羊随机分成3组(对照组、全株玉米组、玉米秸秆组),每组10只。对照组、全株玉米组、玉米秸秆组分别饲喂以羊草、全株玉米青贮料、玉米秸秆青贮料为粗饲料的全混合日粮。结果显示,与对照组相比,全株玉米组肉羊末重、平均日增重、胴体重、屠宰率、脾脏指数、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量、免疫球蛋白(IgA)含量、白介素-2(IL-2)含量、白介素-6(IL-6)含量均显著提高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,玉米秸秆组肉羊末重、平均日增重、胴体重、IgG含量、IL-2含量均显著提高(P<0.05)。与玉米秸秆组相比,全株玉米组肉羊末重、日均增重、胴体重、IgG含量、IL-2含量均显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。试验表明,全株玉米青贮可显著提高肉羊的生长性能、屠宰性能和免疫功能。The experiment studied the effect of whole plant corn silage and corn stalk silage on growth performance,slaughter performance and immune function of mutton sheep. In the experiment, 30 Duhan sheep were randomly divided into three groups(control group, whole plant corn group and corn orange stalk group), with ten sheep in each group. The control group, whole plant corn group and corn stalk group were fed with total mixed diet with leymus chinensis, whole plant corn silage and corn stalk silage as roughage. The results showed that compared with the control group, the final weight, average daily gain, carcass weight, slaughter rate, spleen index, IgG content, IgA content, IL-2 content and IL-6 content of whole plant corn group were significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the final weight, daily gain, carcass weight, IgG content and IL-2 content of corn orange stalk group were significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with corn orange stalk group, the final weight, daily gain, carcass weight, IgG content and IL-2 content of whole plant corn group were significantly increased(P<0.05), and the feed to weight ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05). The experiment indicated that whole plant corn silage could improve the growth performance,slaughter performance and immune function of mutton sheep.
