摘  要:试验研究饲粮中不同铜水平对育成期雄性乌苏里貉生长性能、血清生化及抗氧化能力的影响。随机选取(60±5)日龄健康的雄性乌苏里貉105只,采用单因子试验设计,随机分为7组,每组15个重复,每个重复1只。分别饲喂蛋氨酸铜含量为0 (Ⅰ组)、20 (Ⅱ组)、30 (Ⅲ组)、40 (Ⅳ组)、50 (Ⅴ组)、60 (Ⅵ组)、200 mg/kg (Ⅶ组)的试验饲粮。预试期7 d,正式试验期47 d。结果显示,试验34~47 d,Ⅰ组的乌苏里貉平均日增重(ADG)低于其余各组,Ⅱ组ADG最大。I组血清中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性显著低于除Ⅱ组外的其他各组(P<0.05)。Ⅶ组血清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)与谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ组血清中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(Cu-Zn SOD)与铜蓝蛋白(CP)含量均显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。试验表明,在育成期乌苏里貉日粮中添加30~50 mg/kg蛋氨酸铜能够提高平均日增重与抗氧化能力,为减少铜对环境的污染,推荐添加含量为30 mg/kg。The experiment studied the effect on growth performance, serum biochemical indices when different levels of dietary copper addition on growing raccoon dogs. 105 healthy and sixty five one-day-old male raccoon dogs were randomly divided into seven groups with 15 replicate in each group and one raccoon dog in each replicate. The raccoon dogs were fed seven diets with different copper supplemental levels: 0(group Ⅰ), 20(group Ⅱ), 30(group Ⅲ), 40(group Ⅳ), 50(group Ⅴ), 60(group Ⅵ) and 200 mg/kg(group Ⅶ). The pre-test period was 7 d and the trial period was 47 d. The results showed that ADG in group Ⅰ was lower than that in other groups and the maximum ADG was obtained in the group Ⅱwithin 34~47 d. The serum ALP activity in the group Ⅰ was significantly lower than other groups except group Ⅱ(P<0.05). Serum LDH and ALT activity in group Ⅶ were significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05). The contents of serum T-SOD, Cu-Zn SOD and CP in group Ⅴ, Ⅵ, Ⅶ were significantly higher than group Ⅰ(P<0.05). The experiment indicated adding 30~50 mg/kg copper methionine to the diet of Ussuri raccoon dogs can increase average daily gain and antioxidant capacity. In order to reduce the pollution of copper to environment, it is recommended to add 30 mg/kg.
