摘　　要：过氧化氢酶是一种新型的酶制剂,广泛存在于动物、植物以及微生物中,具有抗氧化损伤、抑菌抗炎、免疫保护、抗癌等多种生物学功能,在动物生产中颇具应用潜力。文章总结了过氧化氢酶的来源、分类、分离提取方法及其主要生物学功能与作用机制,并结合过氧化氢酶的功能阐述其在动物中的应用,为过氧化氢酶作为饲料添加剂使用提供参考。Catalase is a new enzyme preparation,which widely exists in animals,plants and microorganisms.It has many biological functions,such as anti-oxidative damage,bacteriostasis and anti-inflammation,immune protection,anticancer,etc.,and has great application potential in animal production.In the paper,the source,classification,separation and extraction methods of catalase and main physiological functions and action mechanism of catalase were summarized,and its practical application in animals was expounded in combination with the functions of catalase,so as to provide a reference for the use of catalase as feed additive.
